We have cameras stalking our every move, nanny state cops peering into everyone's windows to see if their belt is latched or if they 'dare' to talk on the phone. Of course it's 'for our best interest' because after all, the benevolent pappa government has only our best interest at heart, right? I had a newspaper reporter e-mail me last week because she was writing an article on red light cameras and told me she had found my website http://NoTrafficCameras.Info opposing the cams. So she called me up and we chatted about the cams for about 20 minutes. See what she printed.

OK GUYS- I know this sounds ridiculous but it is 100% true. Yesterday I wrote an article which appeared on the front page of prisonplanet.com, entitled 'How to properly file an official FCC complaint against Michael Reagan for death threats against Mark Dice'. Today, our group INLAND EMPIRE 911 TRUTH had a meeting and decided that we will stage a protest against Michael Reagan on Monday June 16th. In my research tonight, I found a number for him, called it, and by freak chance accidently got his direct personal line. He answered, and we spoke about the issue. Full story HERE.

The Brett Darrow Case

Brett Darrow is a 20 year old from St. George Missouri, who decided to mount a video camera in his car after getting some traffic tickets. Watch the bizzare series of events that unfolds in September 2007 when Brett politely invokes his God given rights to privacy and Constitutional protections. Sgt. James Kuehnlein became outraged and began screaming like a lunatic, berating and threatening Darrow, saying he would find '9 different charges' to lock him up on. Darrow later posted the video online where it got international attention, and Sgt. Kuehnlein was promptly fired. Darrow had an eerily similar incident happen to him in December 2006, when he politely invoked his rights and told a cop at a checkpoint that he did not want to discuss his personal life. Both these are must-see videos. Kudos to Brett Darrow for standing up for his unalienable rights and privacy. We can all learn from him.

In a newly released youtube video filmed in October 2007 at The Arab American Institute Conference in Dearborn, Michigan, Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul speaks on civil liberties, foreign policy and 9/11.

I suggest watching this whole 20+ minute video, but here are some notable remarks:

A questioner asks Paul about "the relentless erosion of our civil liberties... why wasn't there more of an outcry from republican congressmen?"

Ron Paul replies: "911 changed everything. and they loved it... The neocons believed they should be world conquerers.. 20 or 30 people who hijack our domestic civil liberties policy, economic policy, foreign policy..

...and thats what they wanted. and they even talked before 9/11, not that they planned it or expected it, but they always sort of, a lucky event, could be another pearl harbor event, they talked about it being a lucky event,.. it fell in their lap and it changed everything.. and then you get guys like Giuliani that make a living off it.... people have not listened to the admonishment of Benjamin Franklin.. Paul then jokes about toothpaste confiscation at airports and how people 'feel good and secure about it'.

An Easy Way To Beat A Traffic Ticket (Great Preemptive Measure)

Stay with me for 3 minutes, this is very easy. I've personally used this particular tactic twice with success, and a friend of mine used it successfully last month. This is a preemptive meassure, it's not arguing the merit of the charge. If the cop shows up to the county seat, which is unlikely, then you will fight the ticket which you planned on doing anyway if you pled not guilty. So nothing is lost.

Here's what you do. My wife and I were driving to Palm Springs a few yrs ago and this CHP motorcycle cop pulls me over, claiming I was doing about 85MPH (which may or may not have been true; since the state failed to convict me I suppose we'll never know, eh? ;-D. Who the hell goes 65 in the middle of nowhere anyway.

So I say "I'd like to request the county seat". (Actually it's not technically a 'request', it's a demand, they have to give it to you, as per the California Vehicle code 40502(b). (more...).

The RFID card reader at the club didn't have batteries, was covered in dirty scotch tape and the 'exclusive lounge area' for RFID chipped patrons consisted of an empty area in a corner upstairs with 2 tables surrounded by a rope. L.A. Clearchannel KFI Host Shills For Romney, says "I don't care about people's gun issues"

Romney was on air for about 20 minutes and the station did not allow any questions from callers during that time. After the interview was over they opened up the lines for caller comments. Virtually every call was favorable towards Romney, with one sycophantic remark after another, until the end of the 5 O'clock hour when I called in.
Martin: "John & Ken, Romney's a phony, he's on record saying "I'm to the left of Ted Kennedy", he had socialized medicine for illegal aliens in Massachusetts; and as a lifelong Republican Mitt Romney he said we need more gun control in this country. THAT'S NOT A REPUBLICAN!"

As many as 654,965 more Iraqis may have died since hostilities began in Iraq in March 2003 than would have been expected under pre-war conditions, according to a survey conducted by researchers at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Al Mustansiriya University in Baghdad. The deaths from all causes�violent and non-violent�are over and above the estimated 143,000 deaths per year that occurred from all causes prior to the March 2003 invasion.
Ron Paul Leads Military Donations Race

Ron Paul is leading all candidates in donations from �current military employees,� the Houston Chronicle reports. Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul, the congressman from the Houston area who opposes the Iraq war, has gotten more contributions than any other White House contender from donors identified as affiliated with the military. According to a Houston Chronicle analysis of campaign records from January through September, Paul received $63,440 in donations from current military employees and several retired military personnel. Democrat Barack Obama, another war critic, was second in military giving. The Illinois senator got $53,968 during the nine months.

Police State America - A Look Back and AheadYear end is a good time to look back and reflect on what's ahead. If past is prologue, however, the outlook isn't good, and nothing on the horizon suggests otherwise. Voters last November wanted change but got betrayal from the bipartisan criminal class in Washington. Why not with lawmakers' consistent voter sellout and failure record that keeps getting worse.

All Americans should take interest in government
In an age of concerns about the eroding of Americans' rights by our government and the courts, it is appalling to hear of a newly-declassified document that outlines former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover's plan to illegally detain and arrest up to 12,000 Americans he suspected of being disloyal. Hoover sent his controversial plan to then-President Harry Truman in 1950, but there is no evidence to suggest the proposal got any farther. The names of those who would be detained had been compiled by Hoover over several years, according to a report in the New York Times. The plan was among a collection of Cold War-era documents recently declassified. It is almost unthinkable that Hoover's plan got as far as it did. It is further evidence of the need for all Americans to take an interest in what their government is doing and to be vigilant and outspoken when our so-called leaders try to do an end run around the Constitution.

...A Long Island mother, for instance, was forced to drink her own breast milk from three bottles of breast milk prior to boarding the plain at JFK. Other adult passengers have been forced to drink baby formula. In Benito Mussolini's era, one intimidation tactic was to force citizens to dink emetics and other liquids. German S.S. men picked this up: They forced Wilhelm Sollmann, a Social Democrat leader, for instance, to drink castor oil and urine. Of course baby formula is not an emetic. But a state agent�forcing a citizen to ingest liquid is a new scene in America.

San Franciscans rarely get excited about Republican presidential candidates, and it's rarer still to see GOP campaign signs in Mission District windows, beat-up old cars, or crowds of enthusiastic supporters flooding the city's streets. But that's what Ron Paul has been inspiring.
